Rip-off!

My three daughters and I went to an appointment for new talent. Of course, the youngest was called back to be a potential client. An adorable five year old with a lot of natural talent. After being pressured to make a decision on the spot, the agreement went from six months to a year without any additional fees, I signed her up.

Realizing that my first impression was correct, I cancelled the agreement in writing within the 72 hours and waited for my refund. NOTHING came so I began making phone calls. Nearly fifteen calls went unanswered before I threathened in writing with a law suit.

Now I had the company's attention. Excuses were being made and their agreement terms expired. I wanted all of my money back because the agreement terms they set expired. They said NO! I'm left to sue.
