NetZero - AOL
Incorrect billing Billed me for their services when I had cancelled them about six months ago Their charges were on my VISA Statement AOL also did

I received my monthly VISA statement in the mail today. On the statement were charges of AOL and NETZERO. I called AOL approximately four months ago to cancel my internet service. They were still billing me for services I previously cancelled and did not order.

NetZero was also on my billing for services I also cancelled and were no longer using. I had to call AOL billing to tell them I was billed for their services that were cancelled approximately three or four months ago.

NetZero was cancelled long before AOL and yet, I am still receiving charges for their services that I long ago cancelled. I cancelled their services to take TimeWarner's Roadrunner service.
