Unauthorized charges to my Credit Card

I cancelled my Netzero email account in May. I verified this today with a Netzero representative. My credit card was, never-the-less, charged in August for "UOL Netzero" for $11.95. The credit card bank claims the charges did seem to come from Netzero.
