Ripoff, unauthorized charges, complete deafness to complaints CTunknown City

I sell web templates online, this is my income, my way of feeding myself and a 3-yr-old daughter. Because it's online, I use PayPal and have never had any problems.

Beginning December 9, I began receiving unauthorized charges through my PayPal debit card for MWI Connections - specifically, the two "Companies" listed are:

Mwi*connections 800-568-2386 ct and
mwi*privacy plus 800-544-3738 ct

Over the course of... What? Just about 1 month? I've been charged for over $100 by this company. PayPal has been quite good about investigating it, and promises to take the unauthorized charge into consideration. Before notifying PayPal, though, I contacted the 800 numbers listed - and was emphatically told that I really DID want what they sold (which, by the way, I've never even been told WHAT they sell), and then hung up on.

In the meantime, I live with a negative balance and can't use my own debit card for food! What's more? They could care less— just this evening, the 1st of February, a full week since I contacted this phony company, I RECEIVED 2 NEW CHARGES!

I don't have any answers, and basically just have to vent and hope that someone else isn't screwed by these... People.
