Netzero
Ripoff owes for over billing for months where ther was no use of it and had been cancelled

I had just bought a computer at Best Buy and with it had purchased internet. I was told that my internet was not going to be connected for a while, so they gave me the netzero service meanwhile. I used it for about a month and a half when i finally could use the other service. Soon Afterwards, i moved to a house and so cancelled the internet service from netzero. We thought it was over, but later kept getting billed for it. We cancelled again and the billing stopped, or so we thought until they kept coming back. I had to call again and got my money back from the second cancelation to now, but didn't get refunded fron the two months of useage to the fist cancelation. They owe me for the months that they were billing me for nothinhg. I hope that they check the usage history so tha they can prove thmselves wrong.
