NetZero was supposed to be "free" for the first month and yet they billed me for two consecutive months, and I had only used them for 3 days and cancelled out as they were not right for me. They say I never cancelled out, that's bull. And they have taken $9.95 from my account for two months!!! I want my money back, as of yesterday!
