I received the item and it was completely damaged

I purchased a product on Ebay and taken care of them with delivery and insurance. I obtained them also it was totally broken. I got the damaged product using the container and all of the supporting files towards the nearby Postoffice (Oak Hill, VA) and submitted a state. Them was $7.99 and also the delivery was $9.25 $1.30 for insurance.

I've not noticed something in the USPS. I visited work wherever I submitted the state and was informed that it could occupy to some year.

After many attempts to obtain the standing of the claim, I had been informed they can't locate any documents of the claim and recommended for me personally togo there again and resubmit the claim.

I'm currently returning from there and lost another time of my period given that they recommended to just pay them cost and never the delivery and insurance. Used to do not take that and requested to keep in touch with the postmaster, but was refused the demand.

I expected to document a and was just provided the 800-number to contact. I'm purchasing almost anything online and to any extent further I'll just purchase when they deliver with a couple additional techniques beside USPS.
