Purchased digital product on ebay. It had been delivered via U G S & additional insurance from the independent organization was bought to protect the $589.00 product. Product was broken in cargo & state submitted. U P S stated they just pay insurance state to SHIPPER & that I should deliver product back again to shipper. It was completed & shipper was COMPENSATED. Subsequently shipper wouldn't pay me-any cash & wouldn't return them. U P S was no aid because they ACHIEVED their obligatuion.

The vendor of them ended up to be always a crook also as encouraging to deliver cash & later encouraging to deliver product were simply lies.
