Terrible customer service

I arranged an area for just two times through priceline. I received a good cost and offered them my charge card.

I received a to get a king-sized mattress in the Greatest Western Lake Conroe in Montgomery Texas.

Once we opened the doorway we were struck by having an overwhelming smell of cigerette smoking. The area was unpleasant, there have been spots about the bedding and cigerette burns about the furniture. I named the top table plus they advised me they didn't have anymore areas which I had been from fortune. We quit and discovered additional lodging outside. Priceline declined to issue a reimbursement despite the fact that we didn't remain there possibly evening.

They stated that they spoke towards the supervisor and he advised them the space was clear. Why could anybody guide something through these liars!
