I have been a dsl customer and att as service provider sucks. I have never been so agervated with a company in my life. I get disconnected from your service, wich was your fault, then when I do try to get my service back, you say that I cant. I paid my bill by phone, then you take money from my account without my permission more than twice. I kept getting over charged but no one knows why and it never got fixed. When I do call, I get transferd place to place and get hung up on. Of course I get promised that my call will be returned if it happen s, but it doesn't. The one time it did, I got transferred then hung up on. I could understand a couple of reps not helping me out but it seems that this is just atts policey.
