Services not reliable

DVR service has not worked reliably since we ordered the service. Can honestly say half the time it does not work. They are not willing to fix the service or refund my money. The "manager" on call hung up on me telling me that I need to call back in the morning being that they couldn't cancel my service at night time... Hm... This big of a company and you can't take care of my problem? Very odd... The manager actually hung up on me and I was trying to be very dilligent and polite in asking to get this fee waived as of the day the service quit. Was VERY unwilling to help me and didn't want to. Bresnan sucks. I will be looking for a new television service provider tomrrow morning at 8:00 A.M. Sharp.
