Never received orde

I ordered biofreeze from this company on 1/10 and on my confirmation it says it I should receive it in 2-6 business days. It is now 2-3 and have not heard anything. Have e-mailed them 3 times so decided to call and act like I was placing another order. When "Chaz" answered the phone, after five min. I immediately told him I was online with the BBB. He quickly asked me my order number. When given he told me it was backordered and I should receive in a month-WOW. Wondering after reading all the other complaints if I will ever get anything. Has anyone reported them? Someone said they thought they were going out of business after collecting as much money as possible first. I will pursue this, stupid me for not checking further before I ordered.
