Ordered 3 Biofreeze on 11/13. Was told it was on back order and could take as long at 3-5 weeks. Contacted them a few times and no response. Made a complaint with paypal but because it was 47 days and not 45 days paypal could not help me. I called myvitanet.com's number that is listed with paypal and it is now a number to order testosterone products for men. Also their main number is just a busy signal.
So many complaints listed here. How can we get our money back? I have ordered from this company many times in the past and never had a problem till this time.
