Ordered photo refills on apr. 1, did not received them by june so i called and was told they was backordered to sept. 2011. I asked for a refund and was told that i would receive it in 4-6 weeks, called again at the end of july and was told that the check would be mailed the first week of aug. I called again on aug. 8 and was told that my refund was not mailed. That it would be mailed sometime in aug. Was told to called taylor clark, called and got voice mail left a message for him to call me.
