Placed an order for Biofreeze on 11-5-11. I was charged immediately on my credit card. I have not received my order yet. I contacted them many, many times. They only responded once saying it was back-ordered. You cannot reach them by phone anymore. They have not refunded my money, however, I will continue to pursue. They are a TERRIBLE Company.
