On May 5 I placed an order with Marine Mega Store online. My credit card was charged immediately. After 3 weeks waiting, I still had not received my order, so I send an email inquiry, and went thru an online chat process. I was told my order was shipping out that day. 4 days later, I received a package, but it was only 2 of the 6 items I had ordered, and the 2 that were in the package were the wrong size. The others were noted as being backordered on the invoice.

I waited another week, and didn't receive any additional packages, so I went back thru the "online chat" process. After about 45 minutes of this, I was told they didn't have the items I ordered, they sent the large ones (which will not fit my boat), but didn't charge any extra, so wasn't that ok? They then told me they could get the bags in the correct size, though a little different style, directly from the manufacturer. I said ok, send them.

Two months later, I still have nothing, 1 month ago, I emailed and asked for a refund. No refund. I am back online today, have been for more than an hour (the only method of checking on your order is thru an online chat process), and I am still not getting any response. They have my money. I have 2 bags that will not fit my boat, and have paid for 4 more that I do not have, nor do I expect I will ever have (unless I order from another store).

This is by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with, do not order from them!!
