On 8/1 I ordered biofreeze from myvitanet. I checked on my status a few weeks later and the message said credit card denied. I called my bank and was told it was paid on the same day 8/1. I messaged back to vitanet that I indeed paid for the order. Then they came back with a message that it was being processed. Two weeks later after checked they messaged that it was on back order and would take four to six weeks. I messaged them on Oct. 14 and requested my order cancelled and to refund my money. To this day they have never responded. All the status report shows is it is being processed. I am 78 years old and on a fixed income. I needed the biofreeze for my feet for neropathy.
