Are you serious!!? - Yes! By all means take heed to this warning. This guy is totally unprofessional. Besides paying for services not rendered...? Well the only problem I had was a non functional power pac. Just needed it replaced. Little did he know, this was already diagnosed by (3) well known computer repair chains (Circuit City, Best Buy Geek Squad & MicroCenter). It was not a matter of not being able to get it fixed. More so the availability of the powerpack itself. So I wanted it quicker, so I went to this guy. Well he replaced the poewerpack alright... With one that absolutely did not work for my computer. $160.00 he charged me. WhenI came to pick it up and tuened the computer on... Guess what? It didn't come on... He then treid to tell me that the computer went out all of a sudden... He was very combative. Almost threatening. I left immediately, and filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On top of matters. I read the response to my complaint... He had the nerve to call me stupid and a psycho. (I wanted to reply to his comment - but you are unable on the BBB website)... This just confirms the volatile personality with this guy. - take heed!
