Webhosting Pad
Total Scammers, took money then cancelled account!

Webhosting pad is a scam. I contacted billing and stated that I did not want to renew my account. They still went into my bank account and took the money out. After called and never getting through, I emailed them. They were rude, threatned to sue ME if I contacted my bank and put in a fraud report on them. Which is sound ridiculous right! The man said, well you didn't complete the cancellation form, I asked why was I never informed that when I called the first time. He said, "I don't know". So instead of working with because of miscommunication between employees at their company about their "policies". So I told the man that I didn't have time to go back and forth over $50. So he said to put in the cancellation so that next year they woudln't renew. I put in the cancellatiom and go an email stating that they were canceling my account in 7-10 days. I emailed back and said, why are you cancelling in 7-10 days, the woman said that they do them immediately. So I said, you MUST be giving me my money back if you are cancelling right now. They lady said NO! Now, how ridiculous is that. They are going to immediatly cancel now AFTER I paid the money. But before they had the money, they couldn't immediatly cancel. No its just $50 out of my pocket, but if they do this to multiple people a year, then its can add up. I've also seen people complain about how if they take their credit card information off the website, webhosting pad will send them a letter from the credit bureau!
