I ordered a hosting package from Webhosting Pad and prepaid for two years. After constant downtime with Webhosting Pad, and hardly ever my website up, I canceled my account with Webhosting Pad. After Webhosting Pad refused any refund, they instead sent a barrage of nasty emails, threatening legal action.
