No refund for return

I delivered a Disc for following problem inside a couple of days of getting it, by top class email with notice requesting reimbursement. No reimbursement hasbeen released despite me calling the organization by mail and notice. As many months have approved without fulfillment, I should stay away from this vendor later on.
