No answer, No Refund, No items

Requested 2 products from their store and after 3 months obtained among the products another product was on back order. Waited 3 months after first notice and sent them requesting the position. They delivered me exactly the same solution they'd delivered me within the first email. I asked them concerning the email plus they delivered a updated e-mail, ostensibly stating the same, Product could be delivered in 4-to seven days. Many weeks later however no product and so I request reimbursement. Jennifer sent stating they were sorry for that scenario which my charge card could be returned. Buy was on July 27, for this day nevertheless NO PRODUCT WITH NO RETURN.
