Unauthorized charges to my checking account

I came across costs to my bank account when my declaration arrived within the email. Used to do not understand what this really is or was for. I approached my lender and got several to contact straight to them. I named the organization and informed them to prevent subtracting this from my bank account which my spouse or I approved this reduction. I needed it quit immediately and desired a complete refund. To date I've got the runaround. I received a notice within the email also it published that because it was "suppositly" approved by me or my spouse that the reimbursement wouldn't be obtained. I delivered the notice back and required a complete reimbursement is anticipated and we didn't approve this at-all! I'm really annoyed. I don't understand how they got my bill. I'd like this straightened out and my reimbursement. I actually donot desire to be troubled by them again.
