Never received the purchased item

I purchased a drumset on March 10 and not got my ordered product. I delivered them email with enquiry plus they explained that product was shipped by fedex and offered me a following range which claims shipped so when i confirm the shipping trademark it had been unavailable. Then after after couple of days I acquired a notice from USPS saying they're likely to return them. Again i delivered them a contact with this specific problem plus they explained that product was shipped but i delivered them scanned discover from USPS and required reimbursement for that purchase. They explained that reimbursement consider 21 business days and that I offered them period because they required. After 21 times around mid-april I delivered them mail seeking my reimbursement plus they explained that reimbursement is likely to be problem the moment them is delivered towards the vendor. I waited 2 more months with no conversation from their website.incidentally whole-time I had been related with SHEA (Really poor customer support representative. Worst ever). Nowadays is May 18, i delivered them seeking my reimbursement and today she really wants to understand the order quantity. Its like requesting the title of movie after viewing the entire film. Exactly what a laugh!!! I dislike this website and also the customer support. Dont ever buy from this website. Completely bad customer support, worst ever. Never going to visit this site after my refund and can tell everyone about that bad knowledge.
