I requested a modded - Xbox 360 Console control for my boy, also it didn't are it will have. Before i put the purchase i examined their site for that guarantee and reimbursement info. It clearly states they'll matter a complete refund within seven days of the shipping date. We obtained it on 11/3, i delivered it back again to them on 11/8. I've evidence that it was sent to their PO Box on 11/10, that will be seven days after i received it. I've tried calling them for just two months an there's never a solution with no voice-mail. I've delivered numerous emails. They have responded once and explained it had been after dark reimbursement time, they might repair the distant, or reimbursement half my income. I sent them back detailing that I'd delivered the distant inside the 7-day time. They responded saying they were searching it up. This hasbeen 10 days before. It willnot consider that lengthy, and that I have nevertheless not seen from their website.

I've request many times in order for them to contact me plus they wont do this both. All I'd like is just a COMPLETE REIMBURSEMENT for that quantity of $89.99. Their site also claims they provide a-7 day trial-run of course if you're unsatisfied using the distant they'll return your cash. Evidently they do not stay behind the things they promote. Would you or somebody please enable me get my money returned.
