AT&T Broadband Cable Internet Service
Out of date rebate card

We signed up for at& t cable and internet services and were promised two $ 100.00 rebate cards. On arrived a few weeks later and the second one took almost a year even with several phone calls and emails. Last week [about March 70 we finally received the second card only to see tha it had expired in Nov about 4 months before we received it. I have called and emailed several times and have been told that the card had expired and I should have used it before Nov. That would be impossible as the card did not arrive until March. I was told at least 3 times that I was wrong and at&t would never send a customer an expired rebate card.
"NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD READ THE EXPIRATION DATE" there is nothing we can do for you "Good Bye"
