Corsair Rebate was never delivered

I purchased 2GB of corsair memory from Newegg.com for Xmas of 2008. The rebate form was filled out properly and on time.

The rebate status claimed: "Congratulations! Your mail-in rebate card request has been processed successfully. You should receive it by Jan 15. If by this date you have not received your rebate card, please contact us at 1-888-941-2912. Thank you."

This date passed and I called, speaking to Holly who verified my address and reissued the rebate for me. This one told me to call if it wasn't received by March. After March, I again called, re-verified my address, and they told me that they would reissue the rebate. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me there was none available.

The next rebate was expected by May and when that date passed I again called them. This time I managed to speak to a supervisor who explained the details of the rebate system and how it was in the hands of the company who was cutting the rebate cards now (since November or so of 2008) and that if I failed to receive the rebate card this time that he would talk to them directly and see if they could offer any other solution or compensation.

The latest deadline to receive the re-re-re-reissued rebate card was July 5th. I waited until July 22 for it to arrive and finally decided to call again. They wanted to reissue me another rebate card and I told them no. I let them know that I was told to ask for a supervisor and that they would help me as they had discussed last time. Holly, who was always the one to answer my calls, told me that she would turn this over to her supervisor and have him contact me to decide how to best proceed.

It has been seven months since the rebate was first issued and I have yet to see any concrete effort to resolve this issue.
