Incomplete Work, No Refund, Very Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service

First of all, I do not like to post reports on this site unless I feel it's really necessary. I gave this company a chance to make things right, but they refused to. So, unfortunately, I have to make a complaint here in hopes that these guys will not continue to rip off others.

Here is a brief description of what happened. I was looking for a web design firm to work on my web site, and I found Inikosoft online. I spoke with the owner on the phone and was given a quote for the job. He told me the job would be done in a timely manner, and that they would work on the job until I was satisfied. He quickly charged my credit card for the job, and after that, I basically did not hear from his firm for about a month and a half. I waited patiently to receive their work, but I kept getting excuses. Finally, after about 2 months, they sent me a design. Well, after waiting so long, I was very disappointed to see how bad their work was. Their web design work looked very amateur at best, and I found the wait to be a total waste of my time. I did my best to work with these guys, but I soon found out that they were more into a quick charge of my credit card and not so much into the job. Needless to say, they kept all my money and refused to give me any type of compensation for the work not done and time lost.

I hope that Inikosoft will learn from this complaint. I hope they will be more honest in the future and provide better work to customers and BE ON TIME. I personally am extremely disappointed that I hired them and would not recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a new web design, you'll get much better work done somewhere else unless they make some changes. I hope this complaint improves the company because I really don't like to make reports like this, and it's not my mission here to hurt their rep. My goal is to let them know that they are letting their customers down and they can really improve their business. Don't rip people off. It doesn't pay in the long run.
