AT&T Wireless Rebates
Sent Expired Rebates, Screw you out of rebate money, send expired rebates and tell you tough luck

Because of their rebates we transferred out service to AT&T. We were to get $130 in rebates. $100 for our internet card and $30 for the new phone. It has been a year of e-mail and calls to ask about them and find out what the deal was. Well we finally got them and guess what... They send these stupid credit cards for rebates and to top it off they are expired.

When we tried to get them activated we are told they are expired. Nowhere on the paperwork was anything written about expiration. We had them for 1 week before calling. The lady on the phone said even if there isn't anything written on the paperwork it is printed on the card. The date on the card is 02/09. When I first saw the date I thought it was the date is was issued and thought that it took them a hell of a long time to send them. I was wrong... This is the expiration date.

When I asked if they could do anything about this the girl said "no". It's to bad but your out the money. "Thanks for doing business with AT&T. Have a good day".

When this contract is done we will go to another service. This one definately just tries to screw you one way or another.

Stay away from AT&T. We will definately tell everyone about this rebate scam.

I don't figure AT&T will read this because they don't give a d*n about their customers.
