I'd a scheduled appointment for Comcast web installment today at 2-4 PM. I became popular from work early and got house a-1:30 PM. I lay within the family room reading paper and awaiting your individuals to come. At 2:02, your vans (2, one in green plus one with comcast emblem) turned up. The man lay within the vehicle for some minute and went down. He didn't ring my door bell, didn't abandon an email on my doorway, he didn't actually step-off the vehicle. I though he went down to work-in the wiring in a junction box. At 3:42, I named your client solutions. He explained I'd no visit. I told him I obtained voice-mail verification. He named and examined the mail. He returned and explained the driver was at my residence with no one was house. I issue concerning the lies. He turned rude and explained easily needed the installment, the specialist might return at 7.
If this is the way I had been handled before I'm Comcast’s customer, how might Comcast handle me after I turned its customer.
