Comcast Internet Providers has got the toughest customer support I've ACTUALLY handled. Everything began 3 months before whenever a company carrying out work at my neighbors house (where the Comcast power container is situated) slice the DSL range which moves in the Comcast container to my home.

Since that time I've voiced to Comcastis customer support department. More than 15 times, they've sent 7 various specialists and that I still possess the same issue, their wire point hasn't been burried and it is go beyond my fencing and through my terrace.

The most recent scenario occurred earlier this week. We hade a scheduled appointment to get a "point team" in the future out & bury the point on Tuesday 6/21. E team turned up Friday, required a glance at the issue & stated they'd return Wednesday 6/21 to complete the particular function. I called Comcast on 6/21 at Midday, 5:30PM & 8:00PM as nobody from Comcast turned up or named. I had been informed on all 3 calls that I'd an available solution which a technology. Could be at my house by 9PM. While nobody turned up, I named Comcast again at 9:30PM and was informed my visit was recheduled for Wed. 6/22. My spouse got a later date removed from work Thursday, we called comcast at 12:30PM, 5:15PM & 7:30PM & were informed a technology could be coming by 9PM. I called again at 9:30PM when nobody fromn Comcast turned up & was informed the technology. Called my mobile phone at 7:00PM to reschedule for today 6/23. Obviously it was completely fake, a rest... After I noticed that I named after 7:00PM and was informed I'd an "available solution" & that the technology. Could be out by 9PM. The client service representative. Apologized and didn't have any more info for me personally excpet they could be out nowadays between 9AM-9PM. He also stated his "boss" might contact me (yesterday) by having an explenation. Obviously, nobody named yesterday.

Today, I talked with Rudy Arochena (boss) of the deptmt. That will be designed to emerge to my home for that work. He'd no clarification and stated that it seems the task continues to be rescheduled for TOMORROW 6/24. After I reported "LOUD ENOUGH", he stated he'd have somebody emerge today. They're designed to contact me just before arriving, nevertheless, I wont keep my breathing.

However, I really donot have every other DSL choices where I reside or I'd have changed companies quite a long time before.

If oyu are thinking about purchasing Comcast Internet Providers, do yourself a benefit and DO NOT GET IT DONE! They're TERRIBLE!
