When I signed up for internet service with "ivwnet.com" in December I was delighted about the fast way I got the service.
But in my area the phone company did not improve their hardware for faster service than 24 kbaud.
Because of this reason in February I canceled my subscription with "ivwnet.com" going with a cable company.
They disconnected my service immediately but did not honor their statement:
"Cancellations made after 30 days of activation can receive pro-rated refunds."
That meant they owed me money for 8 months.
I had 4 months of service only. They did not keep their promise.
I sent several messages by e-mail or phone and no answer.
