USIGHT ripoff Was promised website for distressed merchandise but got no help! I am going to get some justice

I attended a seminar on 6/20/03 and was promised I would make all this money on this distressed merchandise warehouse. My question to them was "Will you help me build the website?" and they told me they had great technical support that would help me.

After several frustrating phone calls, I still had no website built. I was also not approved for the $100,000 credit card I was promised, to help pay for this distressed merchandise. It was too late to cancel and receive a refund.

So I called them and almost begged them to help me with the website so I can make some money at least to cover the money I lost paying for this program. I was told that was my problem.

Well of course I got mad. After a total of $826.81 plus $23.00 for bridgeveiw for the merchant account, and $100.00 for more travel certificates, I decided this just is not right and I am going to get some justice.

So please help me. I have called my financial institution and my attorney and filed a complaint with the state of Utah. I hope I get my money back and if I have overlooked anybody that can help, please let me know by using the rebuttal box.
