Yourblogteacher.com Unauthorized charges, refusal to help me or reimburse me

This company insists that I signed up for their services in October and they also insist that they sent me e-mails. I would never have signed up if I had known the cost: $74.97 per month, plus $19.97, plus a foreign transaction fee (?). If I received any e-mails they had to have gone to spam. So, I have two months of charges and absolutely nothing to show for it. I called them, and they refused to reimburse me anything, though they did cancel me out. Once when I called I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me. The second time I called I talked with a billing rep, and she very coldly and firmly told me that they are not reimbursing me. One rep told me that the website would have their physical address, but it does not, and I have no idea where they are located. I did send an e-mail a few days ago, but they are totally ignoring me. I am out approximately $200!
