Fradulent Credit Card Charges Ripoff

I have been getting billed illegitimately by "EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA" for three months after making a ProFlowers purchase. I did not use any of their services, nor did I sign up for this service. Upon noticing this repeat billing, I called the number to find out what company it was, and the representative said that this company was associated with ProFlowers, and that I had "signed up" on the ProFlowers website. I immediately cancelled the billing, and I got the last bill ($14.95) removed. When I asked to speak to the representative's (Donna's) manager, she stated that the supervisor left for the day, and then she hung up on me. I immediately called back and talked to someone else (Kierra), who connected me with a supervisor (Christi), who said there is nothing she could do, but eventually said she would credit the remaining charges to my account (when I asked to speak to her manager).

Today I called back to make sure everything was okay, and I found that only 2 months of charges were removed. I talked to another supervisor (Natalie) who stated that is the most they could do. When I asked to speak to her manager, she told me I need to write a letter to consumer affairs to get the third charge removed (because the phone number was included on each billing).

I understand that I should have noticed these charges earlier, however I am extremely angry that these charges were billed to my account in the first place. I did not sign up for any services or provide any information to this unknown company, and now they have my credit card number! I also received very poor customer service when I called, and I am very disapointed that ProFlowers will partner up with such an organization.
