E-curves For Women
Ripoff they charged my account three times unauthorized and promised to reimburse me but never did

Sports

I ordered samples for hoodia and was never told about a fitness program that I would be enrolled and charged for it. When I saw the first two charges on my account nearly a month later on February 14 and 21 I called my bank and they gave me the number.

When I called I was told to go to their website and cancel the account and I would be credited accordingly. I told them that my account was charged twice and the woman I spoke with told me that it only shows that I was only charged once and that if I wanted to be credited for both that I would have to fax over a copy of my statement showing that I was charged twice and I would be credited accordingly. The following day I did.

On March 16 I was charged again for the same amount and when I called I was told that I only cancelled one of my fitness programs, now I was shocked because I was never told that I had more than one account. She also stated that being that I cancelled the account after I was charged that I would not be able to get credit for something I never even knew I had access to or ever used.

She then told me if I wanted to speak to someone above her that I would have to write to them and make a formal complaint. Then I asked her to speak with her supervisor she told me she was the supervisor.

Please help me, I am out almost ninety dollars from this company. They promised to reimburse me and now they say that they don't reimburse.
