Put an almost $80 charge on my credit card for a product, hung up on me when I sought refund

I found a charge on my credit card from this company for $74.97 plus $1.97. I did not recognize it, so I called the 866 number attached to the company, "yourblogteacher.com." I was put on hold for a long time and was finally told that they would cancel me but not refund the payment, as I signed, according to them, an online document. I told them I did not recall anything like this and would not have signed up for this amount of money even if I did express interest. I asked to speak with a supervisor and again was put on hold for a long time. When I told the supervisor I wanted a refund, he hung up on me. Also, they would not give me a physical address to contact them with. I think they said "Tampa" but I am not sure. I will appreciate your help.
