Bps rip off

About 10 years ago when i was an aol user a friend told me about bps sotware and a program that they make called power tools. Before ordering and paying for the software i called them and asked them about upgrades. They said they were free. I asked if i upgrade my aol software would i need to pay again for the software. They said no.

When aol upgraded there software i tried to upgrade power tool and couldnt. I called them and was told that the new version of power tools was not considered an upgrade but new software and i would have to pay for it agin. The guy i was talking to smugly said that he had the code for my upgrade and i would never see it.

I have never bought anything from this company again.
The reason i am putting this up now is i drve by a building with the bps logo on it yesterday and thought about this.

I would never trust this company agian
