There is no upgrade for the software as claimed... When attempts are made to upgrade, the user gets sent off to some browser with no link for the current software. There is no customer service number to resolve problems associated with the system's operation or software upgrade problems... The website information is bogus. There is also the possible issue of privacy and copy right infringement by Todd Murphy and associates in ripping off one's development of personal brain wave frequencies... They have inserted a file in one's shared network system without proper authorization from the customer. If there is anyone who purchased this system, and is dissatisfied for the reasons stated, I would be more then happy to participate in a class action suit!
