Bad experience

I'd A POOR experience coping with FOOTBALLSHOPUK when I requested packages from thier site [www.footballshopuk.co.uk] (url: http://www.footballshopuk.co.uk) significantly more than 8 weeks before then used to donot receive something i reported plus they explained to hold back about 40 times then later they explained they'll deliver an upgraded because they go out of inventory while i m informing all of them I want is reimbursement however they insisted they previously delivered the alternative (NO TELEPHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS FOOTBALLSHOPUK SUPPLIED) and that I need to delay then after 75 i m still requesting reimbursement and thier solution was "should you Deliver our alternative packages then we shall matter a reimbursement" alternative packages that does not occur.

Today I understand why they request 40 working days as paypal cannot do something beyond 45 times.

Please be familiar with footballshopuk, they've also other names than footballshop...
