I requested about 13 crops out of this organization in June. After I obtained them-they were all damaged and shaped. After I approached them (long remote) they explained to come back the tag plus a notice informing them why I had been seeking an upgraded, that we did. Closed notice mentioned ALL CROPS were broken. Fourteen days later I obtained my notice and also the tag back having a notice from their store declaring I had a need to indicate which crops were poor. What section of all plants could they not recognize. And so I delivered them a notice combined with the tag. It's today July I still don't have any alternative crops. I named them-and they mentioned they've no report of my alternative purchase. I required a reimbursement plus they stated they'd not provide me one since I didn't deliver the crops back. Doesn't continue with promise!!! Really bad customer support!!!
