Refund for defective product

I bought a samsung printer on or around February and also the printer quit employed in October. I had been delivered an upgraded because they fixed mine. The alternative was faulty likewise. A store for $200.00 was placed on my banking account and that I needed to deliver the alternative back first. I delivered it back however they cannot think it is. And so I don't have any printer, no reimbursement along with a h aged on my bill. I've been coping with them since March. I get guarantees to be named back however it doesn't occur. I'll never purchase samsung again and that I may alert as many folks when I possible could.
