Overcharged for minutes

I called Geeks by minute and talked to a person who is supposed to be well versed in computer problems. This guy sounded like he knew what he was talking about but he could not fix my problem. He led me to a website called safer-network.org which i could not enter. His solution was to enter later when i was finish with him, because i have a virus and this site would be able to help and it is a free download. I did just that but i could not enter the website, probably because of the virus. Second problem was, i know that we talked for about 15 minutes, yet I was charged for $77 rather than $ 30 for the 15 minute conveersation. I am being charged $ 77 without getting my problem fixed. This service is poor as they will charge you even if they can't resolve your problem. Very dangerous to your pocketbook. I only regret that i did not checked their integrity/credibility before i contacted them. So if you need help on your computer problem, it would behoove you if you went someplace else other than the geek by the minute or is it gyp by the minute. BEWARE folks, let my experience be your guide... Ll
