The salesman led me to believe that his tech people could put me computer all in order. After days of having no internet access and hours on the phone (and my computer tied up with remote control) my issues were finally solved... For one week. Then it all corrupted again. I tried to get them to work with me and got nothing but a run around. I took the computer to Best Buy.in one minute their Geek found and solved the a virus problem, for free. I bought a $30 upgrade on my adapter and my internet problems are solved as long as I only use Firefox. My $150 is down the drain. Beware!
