They said they could fix my computer problems but the person I spoke with knew nothing and charged me $74.00

I called Geeks by minute and talked to a person who is supposed to be certifiied in all types of software. This guy was clueless about my software and kept me on the line trying different things. I would have rather he tell me that he could not help me since I was paying by the minute and got a charge for $74 without any resolution to my problem. This service is poor as they will charge you even if they can't resolve your problem. BEWARE.

I complained to them and the manager was supposed to call me to help me at a set time (he called me to set up the time) since I was unhappy and then he never called. The billing people said he had an emergency which I understand but then he never called to apologize or try to reschedule. Seems like a real fly by night operations. Don't use it.
