Blew up computer when plugged in. Never got my money back. All info was provided

Thought Majicjack was a good idea. Ordered it. Computer guy was here working on soom upgrades. He pluged it in and blew out every USB. Cost $175.00 to have everything reinstalled. After numerous E-Mails, online chats (ha) was given return instructions. Did so US Mail. They said they never got it. I lost the receipt. The post office did not have a copy. Called credit card co. They tried to fix the problem. No luck for them either. Was going to go to the Attorney General, but for $46.90, plus shipping etc., I said It's not worth it. I have all online conversatios, credit card records. This was a bad experience for me. I think it was a scam. Wonder if anybody else ever got their money back? First online order I ever got screwed on.
