Ripoff Empty Promises, NO support, Back office help instructions not adheared to, Left hanging without direction. Ripoff they claim that it was Online Stores

Promised to have 2 Stores online at a cost I could afford, Put 2 stores online Simply Splendid and 6day success on ebay. Etc.

After about a month I have had no replies, during this time I was learning to market my Stores. Bought Post Cards, followed all the instructions that were in the back office. Called for support only to be ignored, Followed more instructions from back office.instructed to go to Alexa.com was following instructions from Alexa, advised to go back to programers to add E-mail to my domain, (bought 2 Domains one for each Store) Support directed mt to another site for domain E-mail. Said "we don't do that for Alexa, only Fat Daddy. Alexa asked to have info. Txt added to my website again Programmers could not comply or did not want to. They acted dumb, I sent them copies of the instructions from Alexa.com Still no help.

Questioned in February why I was not getting any hits, Answer needed tracking, Bought tracking, no reports though. Also I needed Isubmit to market my Web pages. Someone selling 6 day succes was giving the book away. Dropped 6day success and tried to promote Simply Splended.com Owned by EMSERVE. No help only thing EMS did was collect my money. Told to lower my prices, I did not know the market alone how to price the items, result, took less profit. March and begining April NO Orders. No requests for links, NO requests for affiliates either.

Finally I tried to buy some of my own product to see what wasand what was not working. NO ONE will ever buy from my site. WHY / I went online and ordered, 1 at a lowered price, a Gift card that retailed fot $2.85 what happened next blew my mind the Shipping was over $8.00 total cost near $12.00. Called support and asked them to explain a consumer complaints I had sent to them. Answered with; Some dissatified people do that, and what does that have to do with us? They were named in the report, they claim that it was Online Stores.
