Platinum Protection Plan Issues

Okay, so below it moves... I purchased a Television from overstock also it had audio problems. Fortunately I bought the safety strategy and thus named plus they planned a period for that support individuals to come over. Seems great? Well, thats the only real great component within this account.

The support people transformed the planned visit in the last second. They arrived around and didn't examine or something and just acquired it and got it away. After I requested when to anticipate to listen to from their store, they simply stated, "We Will contact you in a couple of days". Per week later, I named them up and plus they had no update. Another day or two later, they stated that they cant discover the component therefore overstock.com works with me on the substitute or reimbursement. Named overstock per week later, they stated that they've just obtained info and that I will need to delay fourteen days till their technicians consider the problem and confirm the Television cant be set. Named them about the evening they questioned me to and voila no update! Component unavailable, they'll contact me inside a week. Named again inside a week plus they stated that somebody will-call me over the following week to-go within the purchase specifics or alternative Television. Ofcoarse, no body actually named. So simply named them again. Was informed they did look for a component for that Television and its own on backorder and so I would need to wait 45 times. When the component doesn't become accessible within 45 times they may examine the facts with me. WTF!!! Its been 8 weeks given that they got my television and today I'm designed to delay another 45 times.

You're definitely better off purchasing anything from bestbuy, don't spend your own time and power purchasing an electric from overstock, atleast I never can.
