Horrible customer support

We purchased a Samsung dryer 2 yrs before also it smashed down (doesn't heat-up). We purchased 4 years warranty so we called Lowes. They plan a technology. We'd to hold back a couple of days till he arrived. He arrived and stated he's to-order a component. Therefore we waited another week and he arrived and transformed the component. He quit and also the dyer worked to get a morning also it broke down again. Needed to contact Lowes again and delay another couple of days for that support man in the future. He arrived and stated he wants another component. So we'd to hold back another week. He then arrived and transformed another component and stated this time around it will work. And so I cleaned lots and place it within the dryer. After 20 units the dryer is still cool. So-called Lowes service-center again along with a lady named Leslie stated she would deliver another specialist on Friday (that was recently). But nobody turned up recently. And so I simply named the service-center today plus they stated they do not possess a report of Leslie arranging something! And so I had spoken to some cat at Lowes! Today we're out-of a dryer for greater than a month! And so I requested to keep in touch with a boss called Perry. Perry securely offered me two choices: 1. We've to hold back atleast 3 times till he talkes towards the support man. 2. We've to hold back atleast 3 times (nowadays is Friday) until his boss may contact us the first 3 nights afterwards Saturday. Meanwhile, we're however with no operating dryer. And Perry demands he was providing people options (that's keep allowing us to hold back). I can not think it. What type of workers Lowe's are employing? This really is suprisingly low and beyond belief. They've no thought for clients' problem and need and all-they are performing would be to rest and booth. I'm sorry that Lowes have such inexperienced and uncaring workers on the paycheck and that I am angry that people still don't have any dryer in the end this waiting. I desire the boss of Loweis may examine this criticism and do something positive about it.
