Ditching repeat customer by not honoring warranty

I have personally bought 3 Dell laptops. Two of them had major problems. The first one, I was able to get repaired after at least 5 hours on the phone with someone who could barely speak English. I now have another problem with the same system and after sending into the Dell service place, they are now blaming ME for the problem (motherboard). My warranty expires in 54 days... Hmmmm.
Other system... Not even 90 days old and I had to get down right ugly with the Dell reps to have someone come and replace the hard drive. They wanted me to do the work and I am just not comfortable with that, especially because the warranty states that if the customer removes anything or attempts to do so, the warranty is void.
Finally got the second system fixed after HOURS of complaining. First system is still dead and I am now in battle with Dell through the Better Business Bureau.
Moral of the story? Don't buy a Dell unless you a prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for a warranty that includes bumps, dings, piece of crap computers, etc.
